To help ensure reliable cooling, please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Lower temperature settings may cause the HVAC system's coils to freeze, resulting in temporary loss of cooling. Service calls required due to thermostat settings below 72°F may be charged to the guest. Mail & Package Deliveries Community regulations prohibit guest use of on-site mailboxes. Packages may be delivered directly to the unit. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Starter Supplies A starter supply of toiletries and household essentials is provided for your convenience. Guests staying for extended periods should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. Community Pool & Spa Rules The HOA strictly enforces pool and spa regulations. Any fines issued due to guest violations will be passed through to the responsible guest. Please note: • Pool and spa hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. • Guests may not allow access to individuals who are not staying in their unit. • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use within pool or spa areas. • No glass containers permitted in pool or spa areas. • Food and beverages must remain at least four feet from the pool or spa edge. • Pool furniture and common areas may not be reserved. • Please observe all posted community rules regarding safety, noise, and conduct.
