IMPORTANT: The following HOA rules and regulations apply regarding the pool and spa areas. The HOA monitors activity closely and is extremely quick to issue violations and fines. We apologize and don't mean to rain on your party, but any impropriety will result in fines of at least $150 per occurrence and will be passed along to guests. 1. Pool and spa compounds are open from 8AM-10PM. Accessing outside these hours or remaining past 10PM is prohibited. 2. Residents shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit. This includes other residents with non-working fobs. Please direct them back to the owner of the condo where they are staying. I will be fined if you let them in. I will also be fined for any rules they may break. 3. Pool and spa are intended for use by Residents and invited guests only. 4. No smoking, chewing tobacco, or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted within pool or spa compound. 5. Observe all posted regulations, including but not limited to: - no excessive noise, no running, no diving, no cannon balls, no jumping in, no rapid throwing of objects; no unattended minors; no music/radios without use of headphones; no horseplay, shoulder rides, dunking, excessive public displays of affection, abusive or foul language, or fighting. 6. NO GLASS ITEMS of any kind shall be permitted within the pool and spa areas. 7. Food and drinks shall be kept and consumed a minimum of four (4) feet away from pool or spa edge, as per Maricopa County code. 8. Residents may not reserve any part of the pool or spa areas, including loungers. NO Pets NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property including the apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. NO parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM Self-check-in with smart lock Do not disturb neighbors Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. • FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival.
