I rented this for an employee who was coming into town to help me for a few weeks. My employee ended up staying a month, and they were great in helping us extend our contract. We were happy it was available. The complex has a nice pool, and laundry facilities and felt safe and comfortable. Starbucks and restaurants across the street made it super convenient. As the person financially responsible, I was pleased to have someone that was so easy to reach and communicate with and there were no surprises. Excellent experience. Thanks.

This is an excellent place to stay. Location is perfect, hosts were accommodating and accessible when needed. This is the second time we rented this at this location and we are glad it was available for us. If you are looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale, this is the one to be in !

Noah & his home were amazing. I had no issue finding his home and the check in process was so simple. The home was clean & looked exactly like the pictures and accurately listed all the amenities. My favorite part was how calm & quiet the neighborhood was with so much open street parking. It was also such an easy walk to so many nearby restaurants, bars, shops etc. I would definitely recommend.

My sisters and I had a great time at this property. We especially loved the pool and backyard. We could walk to Old Town and Fashion Square. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot and location. Everything you needed in one convenient location. Easy walking distance to old town and surrounding areas. With an approx 20min drive from the airport. The Condo has everything you need maintained in a clean and nice open plan layout. Ac works well and nice to be able to have a pool that was rarely used by others. The hosts communicated well and and had easy instructions to get in and out of the property. Would happily stay here again!

This is our third stay at one of Noah' s properties. They are well maintained, comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating. We will continue to stay them when visiting the Scottsdale-Phoenix area.

I stayed at this home for 12 days while traveling to Phoenix for work, and it was excellent for my trip. The house was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of the project I was working on. In addition, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Old Town Scottsdale, where there’s plenty to enjoy—great restaurants, shopping, and a lively area perfect for walking around and exploring. It’s also close to Scottsdale Fashion Square, offering even more dining and shopping options. I highly recommend this home—the space is fantastic, and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout my stay.

Location was great and host was quickly responsive. The only thing I would recommend is a fan downstairs. Temp of air conditioning was 72 which was great for upstairs but uncomfortable downstairs- air circulation downstairs would be great. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Super location for walks and restaurants. This is our go to place in Scottsdale! Thanks for a great sty!
