AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Excellent stay very close to several great restaurants and bars. Place looked exactly like the photos. Hosts were proactive when necessary and very responsive. Parking was very convenient and easy. No complicated check out instructions. Would recommend and would certainly stay again!

We traveled to Scottsdale for the Every Woman's Marathon and the location was perfect to navigate the event. We walked to and from the start and getting to Old Town Scottsdale for dinner was easy.
