We cannot recommend this place enough! The location is a home run, literally a short walk to Scottsdale Stadium and right in the heart of everything Old Town has to offer to watch SF Giants Spring Training. The atmosphere was electric, and it was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Thank you for hosting us during such a fun week!

Spent 10 nights here and the condo is in an older but well maintained part of town. Place was clean and everything was as advertised and everything worked. Within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale and it had a designated covered parking spot.

We had a great time at this condo! Great location in a super quiet area and everything was as described in the listing. We had a code issue when we first arrived but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes which was super appreciated. We will definitely be keeping this location in mind next time we are in Phoenix!

It's close to old town although I would say probably the quiet side of old town. Team was very responsive. Rules seem strict but we had no problem as we were mostly using it for a place to sleep. Parking was easy and covered!

This home is in a great neighborhood with a short, 5-15 min walk into the Old Town part of Scottsdale. Many restaurants and shops, museums, to visit! It was peaceful and the outdoor pool and backyard very private. Close drive to other cities as well! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

5 of us came in for Waste Management and this place was a perfect fit for our weekend. Short drive/walk to old town Scottsdale restaurants/bars. We loved the pool and hot tub and would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Host communication was great! Home was clean. Quiet neighborhood that was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the fire pit and would have liked to have enjoyed the pool, but hadn’t realized the extra daily charge for heating the pool when initially booking. Kitchen was overall well equipped for meal prep, though could have used a few more dishes for a group our size. Overall would recommend!

Satisfied with our stay. It was about 20 minute walk to Old Town but there was stuff nearby as well. I was a little worried after reading some reviews speaking of cockroaches and complaining about the internet. We never saw one bug in the 4 days we were there and found the the place perfectly clean. The internet was slow and not ideal as others had mentioned, but we barely needed it anyways (and never even mentioned it to the host to give them a chance to address the issue). The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Check out was easy with no unreasonable expectations from the host. We would stay here again.
